Get Super Strong With 5/3/1 Training. After two three-week cycles, you'll go back to Week 1 and try to set a rep record with the original weight. Exercise Day 1.

As I said, I'm starting Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 program, but I'm having. Also, I know I should do rows to help out the back, but I do like my dips.
