Y3T: Week 4, Day 25, Back And Biceps I'll have to start condensing these posts. 1 while week 5 is the same as week two and week 6 is the same as week 3.. my workouts, I've had a habit of checking out my weights from the previous week .
Y3T: Week 6, Day 39, Back And Biceps Woke up today with some residual. It's motivation which carries through to future workouts such as Back and Biceps today.. I all but mirrored the E-Z Bar curls from week 3 and I reduced the weight in .
